Chi Kung (Qigong)

Chi Kung is a Chinese method of developing of the body’s energy. Various methods of Chi Kung and Nei Kung are taught including structural alignment, breathing, relaxation, movement, and meditation.

Chi Kung is a natural complement to Kung Fu training, though it can also be studied as a stand alone practice.

Martial Chi Kung and Alchemy

Martial Chi Kung is the the study and use of internal energy in Kung Fu. The Chinese Internal Martial Arts make extensive use of Chi Kung. Internal Alchemy (Nei Dan) is the highest level of Chi Kung study. Martial Alchemy refers to the specific method of using Internal Alchemy in Chinese Boxing.

Chi Kung for Health and Healing

Chi Kung for Health and Healing includes studies in: Life Nourishing Chi Kung, Self-Healing Chi Kung, External Chi Healing, and Healing Alchemy.
